Common Return Questions
We want you to be happy with your purchase. That’s why we guarantee 100% satisfaction.
If you aren’t content with your item when you receive it, kindly return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund.
In order for a return to be eligible, the item must be unused and in the same condition it was received.
The original packaging must be preserved.
Since we offer free shipping during the initial sending, we only cover return shipping cost if the item is defective.
What Items Are Not Covered? (Exemptions)
Perishable goods such as flowers, newspapers, magazines, or food cannot be returned. Items that are for intimate or sanitary are also exempt.

We will provide instructions and send back address after we receive your email.
Used items or items returned after 30 days of receipt are not eligible for refunds.
How Refunds Are Processed
Once your returned item is received, we will inspect it and notify you of receipt. In addition, after inspection, we will let you know whether your refund was approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed immediately and you will receive the credit to your original payment method within a few days.
What To Do If Your Refund Was Approved But You Don’t See It?
If you haven’t received your refund, please check your bank account and/or contact your credit card company as it sometimes takes a little bit before the refund credit is posted to your statement.
If after completing these steps, you still do not receive your refund, please contact us via our contact page.
Replacements (if applicable)
If you item is received defective or damaged, please contact our via our contact page.
If your item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you can receive a gift credit for the value of your returned item. Once you send back the returned item we will inspect it and then if approved, issue you a gift certificate.
If the item was not marked as a gift and/or the gift giver had shipped the item to themselves, we will process the refund normally and issue the refund to the gift giver’s original payment method.
Since we offer free shipping during sending, customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs associated with returning an item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. When refund is processed, the cost of shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.
If you are returning an item over $50, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Otherwise there is no guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
